Q: Ordering

A: After selecting the right material and size, enter the quantity needed in feet. If you need that total cut into specific lengths, you can enter that information in the "special instructions" box during checkout. 

Q: Shipping

A: Shipping is free for US orders above $100 for ground (3-5 business days) within the lower 48 states. For orders under $100, we offer a flat rate of $11.99 for domestic ground shipping, and a flat rate of $25 for expedited shipping.

We can also accept shipping account numbers during checkout. Please enter your shipping account information in the notes box during checkout, and be sure to select "free shipping" during checkout. If you pay for shipping or decide that you want to use your own shipping account afterwards, we will refund the amount you paid, less applicable credit card charges. 

We send tracking numbers for all orders to the email specified in the order. 

Q: Returns & Refunds

A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of date of receipt of order by customer. Please note that standard restocking fee of 25% of value of goods + credit card processing fees applies for all returns, if the return is due to no fault of Fluorostore. Custom products are non-returnable. Fluorostore will issue an RGA number for returns that must be referenced on a copy of Purchase Order enclosed with the return package.

Q: Payment Options & Security

A: We use Stripe as our payment processor, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Stripe uses the latest security technology to ensure a safe and reliable transaction.
